The main cause of the acne formation is the hormonal disturbance so the target group of patient are those who suffere from this condition natural or as a reason of a disease. Natural hormonal disturbance or fluctuation occurs in teenagers, pre menstrual or postmenstrual, durning pregnancy and menopause periods. The hormonal fluctuation enhances the condition immensely but even without the hormonal disturbance the acne can still be formed.

The core of the acne is the dead skin cells and skin debris which when mixed together form what is called the plug. If this plug is lodged inside the hair follicle of the face then it will mix with the oily secretions of the face and form the milia or the black head. This is the first stage of acne and its simplest form.

The persistent of this plug in this place will help the bacteria to invade it easily and develop a case of inflammation, this is the second stage. During these two stages treatment of acne could be much easier than other cases or more severity.

If the inflammation went untreated it will start accumulating pus inside the hair follicle and this will cause severe inflammation along with swelling in the hair follicle. Now the dealing with the acne is tougher and need immediate medical treatment because the increased inflammation causes itching and if the patient scratched the lesion then it may leave a permanent mark after healing.

The fourth stage is the bursting of the hair follicle and the inflammation invading the deeper layers of skin causing painful lesions that are red and hot. Even if the treatment is started in this late stage the healing may be complete but in some cases it will also leave a permanent mark in the face.

So, the conclusion is that the treatment of the acne should be started as early as possible to avoid any complications and permanent marks that could affect your face for your whole life.
